Job Purpose:

Keeps premises of building in clean and orderly condition by performing duties. These duties can be performed collectively, or a team member could perform just one of these duties in a building Duties Clean and polish (fixtures, surfaces and trim) Maintain cleanliness in the following areas (rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, cafeterias, locker rooms, and other areas) Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors May potentially buff floors in some facilities Clean rugs and mats Dust furniture and equipment Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels and sills Empty wastebaskets and trash bins Transport trash and waste to disposal area

Requirements:

Must have reliable transportation to and from work. MUST be able to pass background check
