Unity Care Group is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee its newest Day Service Program in the Springdale Area. This newest addition to the Unity Care Group team will build this program from the ground up with collaboration from our team of leaders. We're looking for someone who is comfortable building programs, meeting strenuous deadlines, and creating a replacement leadership structure and leading by example. This means we need someone dynamic, independent and has a go-getter attitude. This is someone who understands the industry, has relationships with SSA's and is familiar with the Board of DD processes and expectations. We want someone who is driven with a sales-focused attitude that understands we are looking to build this program up as the powerhouse of our company. This means we need people comfortable marketing the location to SSA's, clients and the general public. Who seek to justify their role and prove themselves. This is someone who realizes they may be asked to do anything to keep the program functioning at the necessary level. That can include driving vehicles to pick-up clients or take to locations, caring for the client's daily needs, taking the clients out into the community, giving tours, leading intake meetings, and even cleaning. •Service and Support Administrator (SSA) Experience preferred!•
Responsibilities May Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Oversee the operations onsite, including management, staff, property management and relationship with the community. Will ensure all staff and procedures maintain compliance with regulatory standards, including hiring, training, certifications, care of clients, community outings, and ISP's. Ensures accurate and timely program documentation is completed. Will partner with CEO on creating a core growth strategy to retain and increase new clients to meet occupancy goals and assist with new development. Will maintain and foster new relationships with SSA's, Caseworkers, Guardians and other individuals to lobby on behalf of individuals receiving services. Direct and supervise DSP's and other staff to ensure tasks, routines, schedules and expectations are met daily. Partners with HR to ensure the hiring, training and management of staff is effectively resulting in a positive work environment. Partners with HR on employment decisions related to interviewing, hiring, transfers, promotions, discipline, terminations, evaluations and performance issues. Leverage the financial performance of individual programs like Community Integration to the benefit of their success. Including the purchasing of program supplies and review and submit billing compliance documentation. Provide comprehensive information to the appropriate staff regarding all new participants prior to admission including demographic and diagnostic information. Align and contribute to the vision for an exemplary ADS program and creates a culture and initiatives that reinforce that vision. Ability to step in wherever needed to ensure the success of the program.
Qualifications:
Bachelors in Psychology, Social Work, Public Health or related field Minimum of two years' experience as a Program Manager or Director of an Adult Day Center. Driver's License with clean driving record Ability to pass a background check, drug test and physical Willingness to fill in wherever to meet the needs of the clients and program
