We are looking for an energetic person who brings fun and brightness to our clients in our Day Programming. This individual will be interactive, utilizing the resources available to create an engaging experience. This includes utilizing the game room, arts & crafts, computer lab, exercise space, and participating in community outings. This position will also be providing Non-Medical Transportation to clients as well. Must be comfortable driving vehicles of various sizes safely and carefully. Able to meet driving standards and expectations and committed to completing anything that makes the program run well. Your morning starts at 8:00am where you will run a route picking up our clients and bringing them to our Day Services Program by 9:30am. You will then work as a Direct Support Professional, providing care and support to our clients throughout the day. At 3pm you will load up our clients into a transportation vehicle and run an afternoon route returning clients to their home and complete your day by 4:30pm. In this time frame you could be cleaning, disinfecting, taking out trash, doing activities and training with clients or anything else required for the program run seamlessly for clients. There are no required weekends. Job Duties include but are not limited to: Leading or assisting in activities and instruction Assist clients with toileting or changing Prepare meals and assist with clients with eating Assist in pushing wheelchairs, walking devices and clients with walking Helping load and unload clients from the transportation vehicles Running a designated route to pick up clients and return them to their homes Cleaning, disinfecting, trash removal

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED Driver's License with a clean driving record - no points, citations or at-fault accidents in the last 2 years Must be comfortable driving a shuttle vehicle Must be able to pass a background check Must be able to pass a drug screen

• medical marijuana card not accepted
• Must be able to pass a basic physical Must get CPR/FA Certification Previous experience in home care, day services, or nursing of one year or more
• this can be as a DSP, HHA, STNA, CNA, PCA/PCW, etc.
• or Driving experience
