Responsibilities Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans focused on early childhood development and age-appropriate activities for preschoolers, toddlers, and infants Support children with their daily routines, including diapering, feeding, nap times, and bathroom assistance Engage children through play, storytelling, arts and crafts, and educational activities that promote social-emotional skills and cognitive growth Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment by following health and safety protocols, including first aid procedures when necessary Observe and document children's progress, behaviors, and developmental milestones to inform classroom strategies Foster positive behavior management by encouraging cooperation, sharing, and respectful interactions among children Collaborate with team members to ensure effective classroom management and seamless daily operations Requirements Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying or similar settings is preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education Certification or training in first aid and CPR is highly desirable; willingness to obtain certification if not already held Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special education needs is a plus Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members Ability to manage classroom activities with patience, enthusiasm, and a caring attitude Flexibility to adapt to changing needs within the classroom environment Join us in creating a joyful learning space where every child feels valued and supported!
