What This Role Requires This position requires someone who can confidently and accurately: Verify and explain insurance benefits Obtain authorization for treatments from insurance companies Understand and communicate deductibles, copays, coinsurance, authorizations, and visit limits Navigate insurance terminology and patient financial conversations professionally Manage multiple responsibilities without losing attention to detail Maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced environment Communicate clearly and warmly with patients, providers, and team members Create a polished, welcoming first impression both in person and over the phone You will often be the first person patients interact with. Your ability to create trust, clarity, and confidence matters.
