In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure a safe and engaging space for children, and support a team of passionate caregivers. Your leadership will inspire excellence in early childhood education, promote positive behavior management, and uphold the highest standards of childcare. Responsibilities Manage daily daycare operations, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for children of various ages including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers Lead and support a team of childcare providers, teachers, and assistants through classroom management, staff training, and performance evaluations Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote childhood development, early learning skills, and social-emotional growth Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations, safety protocols, first aid procedures, and health standards to maintain a secure environment Coordinate with parents and guardians to communicate children's progress, address concerns, and foster strong relationships Oversee classroom experience with an emphasis on working with children with disabilities or special needs through tailored activities and inclusive practices Maintain accurate records related to attendance, incident reports, care plans, and developmental milestones Skills Extensive knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education Proven classroom experience managing young children in daycare or preschool settings Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team of caregivers and educators Excellent communication skills for engaging with parents, staff, and community partners Certifications in first aid and CPR; additional certifications in special education or working with individuals with disabilities are highly desirable Experience with behavior management strategies that promote positive social interactions and emotional regulation Familiarity with classroom management tools and safety protocols specific to infant care, toddler care, preschool activities, and daycare operations Join us in shaping the future by providing exceptional care and education to our youngest learners!
