Develop and implement educational curricula that meet the needs of children in our care. Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development. Foster a safe, nurturing environment that promotes positive social interactions among children. Engage with parents and the community to promote program participation and feedback. Monitor program effectiveness through assessments and evaluations, making necessary adjustments. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred. Proven experience in education administration or child care management. Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff, parents, and community members. Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a collaborative environment.
