Manage classroom routines effectively, including scheduling naps, meal times, playtime, and educational activities to create a structured yet flexible environment. Monitor children's behavior using positive behavior management techniques to encourage cooperation and emotional regulation. Collaborate with parents and guardians to share progress updates and address individual needs or concerns related to children's development or special education requirements. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom while adhering to health and safety regulations; administer basic first aid when necessary. Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices. Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively through classroom management techniques. Excellent caregiving skills with a compassionate approach toward infants, toddlers, and young children. Familiarity with behavior management strategies to foster positive social interactions among children. Certifications in first aid and CPR; Exceptional communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members in a professional manner.
