Job Description:

Little Royals Daycare Center is looking for a caring, dependable, and energetic Teacher Assistant to join our team! This position supports lead teachers in providing a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for children. We are looking for someone who is reliable, positive, and enjoys working with young children while helping maintain a smooth and organized classroom.

Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teacher with daily classroom activities
• Help supervise and ensure the safety of all children
• Assist with diapering, potty training, and hygiene routines
• Support meal times, nap time, and transitions
• Engage children in play, learning, and age-appropriate activities
• Help maintain a clean and organized classroom
• Follow all daycare policies and state regulations

Qualifications:

• Must be reliable and consistent with attendance
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Positive attitude and patience with children
• Must be able to lift, bend, and be active throughout the day
• Previous childcare experience preferred but not required

Schedule:

• Flexible scheduling available
• Full-time positions: 32-40 hours/week
• Part-time positions may be available

Pay:

• Full time
• Starting at $15/hour (based on experience)
