Daycare Teacher (Lead & Assistant Positions Available)

About the Role Enchanted Explorers Daycare is seeking enthusiastic and nurturing Daycare Teachers to join our team! We are looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting children's growth and creating a safe, engaging environment where they can thrive. What You'll Do Foster a safe, welcoming, and engaging classroom environment Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development Support positive behavior using patience, encouragement, and consistency Provide individualized care to meet each child's needs Assist with daily routines, which include: meals, rest times, and transitions Observe, track, and document children's developmental progress Maintain open and consistent communication with families regarding their child's day and development Collaborate with team members to ensure a structured and cohesive classroom environment Qualifications Previous experience in a licensed childcare center, preschool, or a similar setting Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification Ability to pass required state background checks Basic knowledge of early childhood development Preferred Qualifications (for Lead Teachers): Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience What You Bring A genuine passion for working with children Patience, creativity, and a positive mindset Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliability and professionalism in a fast-paced environment

Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts (no evenings or weekends)

Pay:

$14.50-$18.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications •Final rate depends on verified education, credentials, and childcare-related experience

Probationary Period:
