Seasonal Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Outdoor Cannabis Gardener to join our team. This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions to support the cultivation and maintenance of cannabis plants. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to follow instructions carefully, and committed to completing tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Plant, water, and maintain cannabis crops in an outdoor environment Monitor plant health and report any issues such as pests, disease, or nutrient deficiencies Assist with pruning, trimming, and harvesting Follow daily work plans and instructions from supervisors Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area Support general farm duties as needed

Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age or older Ability to follow directions and stay on task with minimal supervision Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and reliability Prior gardening or agricultural experience is a plus, but not required

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cannabis cultivation Basic knowledge of plant care and outdoor farming practices

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive hourly wage (based on experience) Hands-on experience in cannabis cultivation
