Daycare Worker

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Daycare Workers to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children. Duties Supervise and care for children across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, and school-aged children, ensuring their safety at all times Plan and facilitate educational activities that promote childhood development, social skills, and creativity Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment that supports learning and play Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive interactions and discipline when necessary Assist with feeding, diapering, and personal hygiene routines in accordance with health guidelines Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children's progress, needs, and daily activities Support special education needs by adapting activities and providing individualized care when required Administer basic first aid in case of minor injuries or emergencies, following established protocols Experience Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development stages Familiarity with infant care, toddler care, and preschool activities is highly desirable Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; willingness to obtain if not already certified Ability to work collaboratively within a team of caregivers and educators This role provides an opportunity to develop your skills in childcare while making a lasting difference in children's lives.
