Daytime Customer Service Associate (Full Time)

A positive attitude and willingness to learn are key attributes for the position. Applicants should have a positive attitude, friendly demeanor, pleasant with customers, and able to work with others at a clean and fast pace. As a customer service representative, typical tasks will be greeting customers, servicing the guests needs, working the POS system, and cleaning and stocking your station.

Responsibilities include:

Welcoming customers, answering their questions, helping them locate items and providing advice or recommendations. Operating scales, POS system, and other electronics. Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and providing a receipt to every customer. Processing refunds and exchanges. Facilitating customer concerns or complaints to the management team Bagging and wrapping purchases to ensure safe transport. Maintaining a clean workspace.

Requirements:

A pleasant demeanor and positive attitude. Prior cashier or customer service experience is recommended Strong problem solving and communication skills Ability to stand for 8-hour shift and lift at least 50 lbs Applicants must respond with the following to be considered: Work history or Resume Provide references upon request.
