This role is ideal for someone who enjoys: working with fresh ingredients building strong knife skills preparing scratch-made recipes staying organized in a fast-paced kitchen contributing to a team that cares about food At Mambo, our prep team plays an important role in creating the flavors our guests come back for — from carefully preparing vegetables and proteins to helping produce components for our house-made sauces and signature dishes. Pay Starting at $16-18+/hour, depending on experience, knife skills, and kitchen ability Schedule Day shifts begin around 11:00 AM or 12:00 PM Typical shifts run until 4:00 PM or later Flexible part-time scheduling available Shift length varies based on prep volume Responsibilities Prepare fresh ingredients for service Follow recipes and kitchen standards Assist with hand crushing tomatoes for scratch-made sauce preparation Maintain a clean and organized station Practice proper food safety Support the kitchen team during service preparation What We Offer No experience required — We'll train you and help you build valuable, in-demand kitchen skills.
