Huck's Place is a vibrant, community-focused restaurant in the heart of Whitefish, MT. We are an organic scratch kitchen that prides itself on crafting healthy, delicious meals from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. We cold-press all of our juices, make everything from scratch, and are passionate about sustainability, quality, and hospitality. We're looking for dedicated Line Cooks to join our back-of-house team.

Position Summary:

We are seeking motivated, team-oriented Line Cooks who thrive in a fast-paced environment and care deeply about preparing food with integrity and precision. You'll be responsible for executing dishes to spec, maintaining a clean and organized station, and upholding our high standards of quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute dishes according to recipes and plating standards Set up, stock, and maintain workstation before and during service Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of your station and kitchen Communicate clearly and effectively with BOH and FOH teams Assist with prep work, restocking, and cleaning as needed Follow all food safety guidelines and sanitation procedures Support a positive, respectful, and team-driven kitchen culture

Qualifications:

Previous kitchen experience required (1+ year preferred) Strong knife skills and understanding of kitchen equipment Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure Passion for fresh, local, and organic food Dependable, punctual, and collaborative attitude Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
