Gobain EHS and Risk Management Standards . Drive EHS Programs Specific to DC & Logistics Operations Lead risk assessments, job safety analyses, and behavior?based safety programs tailored to warehousing and distribution activities . Conduct ergonomic studies and implement solutions for manual material handling, picking, packing, and shipping operations. Perform EHS assessments focused on powered industrial trucks (PIT), machine guarding, conveyors, contractor safety, and OSHA compliance . Coordinate and lead monthly EHS Team meetings and site safety initiatives. Support Lean, Continuous Improvement, and 5S efforts to enhance safety and operational efficiency in the DC. Partner Closely with Distribution Center Leadership Provide direct EHS support to the DC management team, including data analysis, KPI reporting, and actionable recommendations. Interpret federal, state, and local EHS regulations and translate them into practical, compliant solutions that fit DC operations. Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning. Maintain timely reporting of monthly EHS KPIs, incident data, and regulatory requirements. Manage Compliance, Training & Audits Oversee OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other regulatory compliance relevant to logistics and distribution centers . Manage hazardous and universal waste programs, including RCRA compliance. Conduct and support internal and external EHS audits; track action plans to closure. Deliver EHS training to DC associates, leaders, and contractors across shifts. What We're Looking For Required Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Health Management, or related field. 5-10 years of EHS experience in a distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing environment Strong experience with: Powered Industrial Trucks (forklifts, pallet jacks) and PIT training Warehousing ergonomics and workplace evaluations Machine guarding, conveyors, robotics, and automated logistics systems Lockout/Tagout and Fall Protection programs

EHS Supervisor - Distribution Center We are seeking an experienced EHS Supervisor with a strong background in Distribution Center and logistics operations to lead Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs at our Distribution Center. This role is hands-on, highly visible on the floor, and critical to supporting safe, compliant, and efficient DC operations. If you have led EHS programs in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment -working closely with operations, maintenance, and leadership-this role is for you. Why This Role? General Industry standards Proven experience supporting multi?shift DC operations and working directly on the floor. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence all levels of the organization. Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) with experience analyzing and presenting EHS data. Flexibility to support off?shift events, incidents, or operational needs as required. Preferred CSP or ASP certification. Experience in automated distribution centers with conveyors and packaging equipment. Experience conducting EHS training and investigations. Knowledge of workers' compensation, incident management, and root cause analysis. Familiarity with WCM / Continuous Improvement methodologies.OSHA 501
