Dealer Order Management Representative

Summary:

Manages dealer orders, order changes, quotes, and customer order inquiries while supporting HVAC product selection, pricing, availability, and post-delivery resolution. Job Requirements Minimum 3 years of customer service experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Experience placing, editing, and canceling orders Experience working with customers on order changes and quotes Preferred Skills HVAC industry experience Experience identifying models, pricing, and availability Experience matching HVAC systems and offering system solutions Experience supporting order management in a high-volume environment Job Responsibilities Serve as front-line contact for customers and internal sales partners on order management inquiries Answer calls related to order status, model identification, pricing, and availability Place, edit, and cancel orders Assist customers with order revisions, quotes, and related requests Match HVAC systems and provide system solution support Manage customer issues from initial order request through post-delivery resolution Collaborate with multiple teams to resolve order flow issues and meet customer needs Participate in continuous improvement activities to remove barriers in the order flow process

Pay:
