Job Description

Gib's RV Superstore is an 80-year-old, local family-owned business and a Top 5 Dealer in the nation . While we are proud of our national ranking, we are even more proud to have been voted the Best Business to Work on the South Coast . We pride ourselves on a winning culture and exceptionally low turnover—positions of this caliber almost never open at our dealership. We are looking for a high-level professional to take ownership of our Finance Department. Because this is a rare opening, you will be trained directly by our Owner and Sales Manager. The Opportunity:
Direct Mentorship:
You will train directly with the Owner and Sales Manager to ensure you have the tools to succeed.
Earning Potential:
We offer a $75,000 starting benchmark during your initial development, but we are looking for a professional with the drive to exceed $120,000+ annually. With our market position and your performance, there is no cap on your income; we expect the right person to reach these high-six-figure goals by maximizing every opportunity with productivity and dedication.

Work/Life Balance:
We believe in high performance during business hours and respect for your time away. This includes a 5-day work week with Sundays off plus an additional set day off during the week. Summer hours are 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. We are closed for most major holiday weekends and prioritize a healthy work-life balance by observing a full two-week seasonal closure over Christmas and New Year's.

Requirements:
Professional Communication:
Exceptional phone and interpersonal skills. You must be able to establish and maintain advantageous working relationships with our banks, lenders, and vendors.
Technical Proficiency:
High-level computer literacy and efficient typing skills are required to manage contracts and lender portals accurately.
Continuous Growth:
A commitment to constant learning. You must be willing to stay current on lending trends, compliance laws, and evolving industry standards.
Proven Performance:
A track record of reliability and high-level success in a professional setting.
Problem Solving:
The ability to independently find answers and navigate complex financial hurdles.
Security:
Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Valid Oregon driver's license.
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
