We're currently looking for a hand in helping us manage the daily operations—from property maintenance and lot organization to parts support. THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly adaptable Dealership Support Specialist to help keep our operations running smoothly. We are absolutely willing to train the right person, even if you have less experience on paper. What matters most to us is your work ethic, your positive attitude, and your willingness to wear many hats. Your role will evolve as our business grows, but your primary focus will be supporting our parts department, maintaining our facility, and keeping our display lot looking sharp. For a go-getter, this role also offers the opportunity to cross-train down the road. What You'll Be Doing -

Property & Building Maintenance:

Taking pride in our facility by mowing lawns, sweeping, general cleaning, and keeping the shop orderly. Lot Organization (Porter Duties): Arranging tractors, attachments, and equipment on our display lot so they look great for customers.

Parts Support:

Assisting with organizing, stocking, and fetching parts for the shop or customers.

General Team Support:

Jumping in to help out wherever the team needs it on any given day. What You Bring to the Table -

Hands-On Work Ethic:

You enjoy physical work and don't mind getting your hands dirty or working outside.

Reliability:

You show up on time and are ready to work. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Pay:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
