This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and wants to grow their skills in the construction field. What You'll Do Assist with building custom decks and outdoor structures Measure, cut, and install materials under supervision Support framing, decking, and railing installation Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites Follow safety guidelines and work efficiently with the crew What We're Looking For Previous construction or carpentry experience required Ability to use basic hand and power tools Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various conditions Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Must have your own basic tools OR be able to obtain them within the first week of employment Preferred (Not Required) Deck building or framing experience Experience with composite decking materials Why Apply?
