Responsibilities Operate commercial trucks such as tractor-trailers Load and unload cargo safely and efficiently using appropriate equipment and techniques. Follow designated routes driving with precision while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Conduct pre-trip inspections on vehicles to ensure proper functioning and report any issues immediately. Manage documentation related to deliveries, including logs, delivery receipts, and route reports. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues promptly. Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the vehicle and adhere to company safety protocols at all times. Requirements Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with endorsements suitable for the vehicle types operated (manual transmission experience preferred). Proven truck driving experience with a focus on freight delivery across designated routes. Experience operating 53 dry van trailers Ability to be punctual and professional Knowledge of safety regulations related to commercial driving and freight handling. Strong route driving skills with the ability to navigate efficiently between locations. Physical stamina to handle long hours on the road and perform manual tasks such as loading or securing freight.
