Deli Clerk

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving fresh deli products, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Prepare a variety of deli items including sandwiches, salads, and hot foods and pizza. Serve customers efficiently while providing friendly, knowledgeable assistance to meet their needs Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the deli area, including food handling and equipment cleaning Restock shelves, display cases, and ensure product freshness by monitoring expiration dates Assist with food safety protocols, including proper storage, temperature control, and sanitation practices Support the team with basic math for cash handling, pricing, and inventory management Requirements Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or retail grocery environments is preferred but not required; culinary or restaurant experience is a plus Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a quick service or fast food setting Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Basic math skills for cashiering, retail math calculations, and cash handling accuracy Join us in delivering outstanding service through teamwork, efficiency, and a passion for quality food.
