Job Description
Everforth ECS is seeking a Deliverables Managerto work in our Fairfax, VAoffice.
Everforth ECS is looking for a Deliverables Manager (USPS)to support the Technology Acquisition Management (TAM) group of the US Postal Service's Engineering Systems office in Merrifield, VA.This position supports the Technology Acquisition Management (TAM) group by managing internal and external deliverables across complex programs. This role ensures deliverables are clearly defined, tracked, reviewed, approved, and archived throughout the program lifecycle. The Deliverables Manager drives communication flow between technical teams and stakeholders, removes blockers, and maintains high‑quality execution standards.
This position requires the ability to work four days per week, onsite, at USPS location in Merrifield, VA.
Maintain the deliverables lifecycle: review, approval, tracking, reporting, and archival.
Assist with program and project management tasks, including schedule coordination and dependency tracking.
Support deployment tracking activities and ensure alignment between deployment milestones and deliverables.
Conduct quality checks to ensure deliverables meet standards for accuracy, relevance, and compliance.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and removing blockers.
Developor maintain dashboards and progress reports; document best practices and lessons learned.
Coordinate virtual and in‑person meetings, including agenda preparation and follow‑up actions.
Maintain alignment with internal and external stakeholders and manage expectations throughout the program.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional coordination.
Ability to analyze issues, identify blockers, and solve problems effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast‑moving environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams; familiarity with dashboards and reporting tools.
Detail‑oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
Strong judgment in escalation, stakeholder alignment, and quality assurance.

Manage all internal and external deliverables for TAM programs, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.Maintain the deliverables lifecycle: review, approval, tracking, reporting, and archival.

Support deployment tracking activities and ensure alignment between deployment milestones and deliverables.
Conduct quality checks to ensure deliverables meet standards for accuracy, relevance, and compliance.

Note:
Candidates must be able to obtain a USPS Public Trust Clearance. ThisrequiresUS Citizenship or Permanent Resident Status (Green Card), and the ability to pass a stringent background check.Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
