Project Manager-TAM Program Merrifield, VA Full-time Full-time Project Manager | TAM Programs Own execution. Drive delivery. Remove friction. We're looking for a Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to turn complexity into structured, on-time delivery. In this role, you'll sit at the center of our Technology Acquisition Management (TAM) programs—owning deliverables, driving accountability, and ensuring nothing slips. This is a high-visibility role for someone who doesn't just track work—you push it forward. What You'll Do Own end-to-end deliverables management (intake, definition, tracking, review, approval, archival) Drive on-time, high-quality execution across multiple concurrent programs Manage project schedules, dependencies, and critical paths Align deliverables with deployment milestones to ensure seamless execution Partner with technical teams and stakeholders to drive clarity and accountability Identify risks early and remove blockers before they impact delivery Build and maintain dashboards, reporting, and program visibility Lead meeting cadence, agendas, and follow-ups to maintain execution momentum What You Bring 2-5 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, or Program Operations Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables in fast-paced environments Strong communication skills across technical and business stakeholders Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, and reporting/dashboard tools Ability to solve problems, manage risk, and drive outcomes—not just report status Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Nice to Have Experience supporting technical or cross-functional programs Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Lean methodologies PMP, CAPM, or similar certifications MBA Consulting Services, Inc.
