Delivery & Assembly Technician (Independent Contractor)

Night Hawks Organization is seeking dependable and motivated individuals to perform delivery and assembly services for residential and commercial customers. This role involves delivering and assembling products such as fitness equipment, outdoor items, and household goods . Technicians are expected to represent the company professionally, complete jobs efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Deliver and assemble products including: Treadmills, home gyms, and fitness equipment Grills, patio furniture, sheds, and playsets Load, transport, and unload items safely Use hand tools and power tools for assembly Communicate with customers on-site Complete jobs within scheduled timeframes

Requirements:

Valid driver's license Reliable vehicle (truck, van, or SUV preferred) Ability to lift 75-150+ lbs (team lift when required) Basic mechanical skills and tool experience Smartphone for job communication and updates Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in delivery, moving, or furniture/equipment assembly
