Duties Safely operate company vehicles to deliver goods along assigned routes, adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols Manage delivery schedules efficiently to meet customer expectations and optimize route performance Assist with loading and unloading merchandise, including heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring items are handled with care Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers professionally, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly Upsell additional products or services where appropriate to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain accurate delivery records, route logs, and documentation of transactions using organizational skills Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to report issues, delays, or route changes promptly Skills Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong math skills for handling pricing, measurements, and transaction calculations Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members Knowledge of route driving techniques and merchandising principles for efficient deliveries Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physically demanding tasks regularly Organizational skills to manage multiple deliveries and prioritize tasks effectively Background in military service is a plus, demonstrating discipline, reliability, and strong work ethic Embark on a fulfilling journey as a Delivery Driver where your energy fuels our success!
