Delivery Driver

Primary responsibility is to deliver sandwiches to customers in the designated area. Check all products for accuracy against quality standards and deliver products to customers in a safe, courteous and timely manner. Drivers will also work as an in-shop when no deliveries are scheduled. Take phone orders and complete tickets in a courteous and timely manner. Accept payment from customers for orders. Work with management at the end of the shift to reconcile cash from sales. Make fast, accurate and consistent sandwiches. Comply with all portion sizes, recipes, and all systems and procedures. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including all tables, floors, windows, beverage station, restroom, etc. Greet customers when they enter and exit the restaurant. Operate cash register and collect payment from customer. Fill out systems and procedures with 100% accuracy and integrity. Maintain professional appearance at all times in compliance with the Jimmy John's Dress Code. Display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments. Perform other related duties as required. Must be able to communicate, read and write the English language fluently and clearly. Position requires bending, reaching, stooping, climbing, repetitive motions, cognitive skills, lifting up to 50lbs, standing and moving about the unit the entire workday. Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current automobile insurance, and a clean driving record.
