Duties Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products along designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Manage delivery schedules efficiently, ensuring timely arrivals and pickups at multiple locations throughout your shift Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients professionally, answering questions, and addressing concerns with a positive attitude Assist with merchandising efforts by organizing products upon delivery and ensuring proper placement at customer sites Handle heavy lifting of packages and products, utilizing proper techniques to prevent injury and ensure safety Upsell additional products or services where appropriate, leveraging sales skills to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue Maintain accurate delivery records, route logs, and documentation for each trip, ensuring all paperwork is complete and organized Skills Proven experience in commercial driving with a clean driving record; familiarity with route driving is preferred Strong math skills for calculating pricing, measurements, and quantities accurately Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while managing physical demands of the role Knowledge of merchandising techniques to enhance product presentation upon delivery Organizational skills to plan routes efficiently and manage multiple deliveries seamlessly Experience in sales or upselling strategies to maximize customer engagement and revenue opportunities Background in military or disciplined environments that emphasize safety, punctuality, and reliability Embark on a rewarding career where your driving skills make a difference!
