What You'll Do:

Prepare and execute dishes to perfection according to recipes, plating guides, and chef's instructions. Work efficiently across various stations in the kitchen, ensuring high-quality output and consistency. Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain smooth kitchen operations during busy service times. Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of ingredients to maintain freshness and quality. Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards at all times. Assist with prep work, inventory management, and other kitchen duties as needed.

What You Bring:

Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fine dining or upscale restaurant. Excellent culinary skills with a strong understanding of cooking techniques and flavor profiles. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with the kitchen team. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
