Delivery Driver and Home Appliances Installer

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting Home Appliances to various locations, ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, as well as the ability to handle heavy lifting. Driver will have a helper to complete daily work. Duties Safely drive delivery vehicles, to designated locations. Load and unload goods using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks and Dolly. Follow assigned routes for efficient delivery while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations. Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition. Maintain accurate records of deliveries Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status and any issues that may arise. Handle heavy lifting as required, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury. Experience Previous experience as a delivery driver is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with route driving and navigation skills is essential. Experience with installing appliances ( Refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryers) in customer home. Ability to lift heavy items safely and efficiently is required. Experience driving 24 to 26 ft Box Truck.
