Job description:

We are in search of a Class C Driver to deliver goods operating a reefer truck usually over intercity routes. Customer deliveries included loading and unloading cargo with pallet jacks, keeping an accurate record, amount and type of cargo being delivered. Need a driver who is comfortable driving in the snow, has open availability and flexible hours! Schedule would need open availability Sunday through Saturday! The successful applicant must be able to meet the essential functions and basic duties:

• Be able to occasionally lift, carry, push pull or/and carry 30-50 pounds repeatedly while loading/unloading product
• Be able to climb on and off a truck
• Be able to sit for extended periods of time, reach, squat, pull, push and walk
• Complies with all known laws that apply to vehicle operation
• Operates the delivery truck on the roadways with safety at all times
• Provide professional customer service
• Have the ability to communicate effectively in English
• Ensures the trailer is loaded and on time for the expected route times set to be started
• Must have 7 day open availability, availability to work weekends - Saturdays and Sundays, as needed
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• At least 3 years of delivery truck driving
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Skills and Abilities:

• Good time management, writing and verbal communication skills is important for this job
• Basic math and computer skills Qualifications (Education/Certification):
• High school diploma or GED
• Must possess a Valid Driver License
• Copy of DMV record may be required
• Background check may be required

$19.00 - $24.00 per hour
