We are currently hiring motivated and dependable team members for delivery and operations support in Bakersfield and Arvin, California. Part-time and full-time shifts available. Primary Responsibilities Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses using different routes Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate delivery vehicles Collect payments when necessary Ask for feedback on services provided and assist with resolving customer concerns Inform customers about new products and services Complete logs, reports, and required documentation Follow all DOT regulations and company safety standards Route drivers to customer delivery locations Validate customer accounts and IDs Pack customer orders accurately Assist with inventory and operational tasks as needed Job Requirements Valid California Class C driver's license CLEAN driving record with no major traffic violations Must be able to pass a criminal background check Must be able to pass a physical Basic computer skills required Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work night/evening shifts and weekends Availability to work select holidays High School Diploma or GED required Reliable, professional, and punctual Job Perks 20% Employee Discount Additional income from customer tips

Pay:

$16.90 - $17.40 per hour
