Category Nursing - RN-ER Job Type Contract Deliver expert patient care and make a difference in a dynamic Emergency Room environment. This contract role calls for an experienced Registered Nurse with a strong background in emergency care to step into a challenging healthcare setting.

Qualifications:

Active, unencumbered RN license Recent experience as an RN in an Emergency Room setting BLS and ACLS certifications (additional certifications such as PALS, TNCC, or ENPC preferred) Strong assessment and decision-making skills Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary healthcare team Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide prompt, accurate assessment and intervention for patients presenting with a broad range of urgent and emergent conditions Administer prescribed medications, perform diagnostic tests, and assist with procedures as needed Collaborate closely with physicians, ancillary staff, and other nurses to develop and implement individualized patient care plans Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and ensure comprehensive documentation Respond quickly to emergency situations, utilizing advanced critical thinking and prioritization skills Educate patients and their families on care instructions and discharge planning Strictly adhere to infection control and hospital safety protocols This opportunity is an excellent fit for an RN ready to further develop expertise in emergency medicine while helping patients in times of critical need.
