Delivery Driver Merchandiser

Duties Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver products to various retail locations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Unload and organize merchandise at each destination, ensuring accurate placement according to planograms and pricing guidelines Maintain proper inventory levels through effective merchandising techniques, including restocking, pricing adjustments, and product displays Upsell additional products or promotions to maximize sales opportunities during deliveries Communicate clearly with store staff and management to coordinate deliveries, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service Conduct route driving efficiently by planning optimal paths to meet delivery schedules while minimizing fuel consumption Perform heavy lifting of merchandise, ensuring safety procedures are followed during loading and unloading processes Requirements Valid Drivers license with a clean driving record Strong organizational skills to manage delivery routes and schedules effectively Basic math skills for handling pricing, inventory counts, and sales transactions Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members Experience in merchandising or retail sales is preferred; military experience is a plus for discipline and teamwork skills Ability to lift heavy items safely and perform physical tasks throughout the day Knowledge of route driving techniques and traffic regulations for efficient deliveries Must be able to pass a DOT drug screen Join us if you're motivated by movement, enjoy engaging with customers, and thrive in a role that combines driving with merchandising excellence!
