Property Maintenance Technician

Our apartment communities in Jackson, KY (Breathitt County), are seeking an experienced maintenance technician. Our ideal candidate would have knowledge of residential plumbing and electric, strong troubleshooting/diagnostic skills, willing to go above and beyond, be innovative, have high expectations, a good attitude, and be very self-motivated. Sample job duties may include but are not limited to: electrical repair and replacement, plumbing repair and replacement, drywall repair and painting, major household appliance repair, grounds keeping and snow removal, returning units to a "ready to lease" status, some janitorial tasks, and other general property maintenance as necessary. This position does require occasional on-call or after-hours duties.

Pay:

$29,000.00 - $39,000.00 per hour
