Delivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities:

Safely drive and perform safety inspections on delivery vehicle, following all local and state laws, road/driving regulations, and company policies Load, unload, and deliver packages on time Use smartphone device for global positioning system (GPS) navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicating with supervisors and other team members Arrive to work on time and complete deliveries per the prescribed standards outlined by the company. Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean, fueled, and in good operating condition at all times Be

Delivery Driver Compensation & Benefits:

Starting base pay of $21.25 per hour - paid biweekly Opportunity for weekly performance incentive throughout the year Overtime pay rate is $31.88 per hour when working in excess of 40 hours per week A minimum of two paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and one unpaid 30-minute meal break Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance (for full time associates) Paid Time Off begins accruing immediately after the start of employment $125 yearly credit to purchase work shoes from Zappos Experience Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar courier role is preferred. Experience with route driving and navigating local areas efficiently is essential. Background in warehouse operations or commercial driving will be beneficial. Ability to handle heavy lifting and load/unload products safely is required.
