Schedule/Hours:

Nights, 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.

Qualifications:

Current, unrestricted RN license Minimum of one year experience in a medical-surgical (MS) setting BLS and ACLS certifications required Proficiency with Cerner electronic medical records Permanent address located at least 50 miles from facility

Responsibilities:

Provide direct and individualized nursing care to diverse adult patient populations Perform ongoing patient assessments, administer medications, and document care accurately Work closely with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans Respond promptly to changes in patients' status, utilizing clinical judgment and critical thinking skills Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols Educate patients and their families on care plans and health management Adhere to high standards of infection control and quality assurance in all patient interactions
