Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker

Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks and commercial vehicles with automatic transmissions to deliver goods to customers across designated routes. Load and unload products using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging professionally with clients during deliveries, answering questions, and addressing concerns. Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including logs of shipments, route details, and delivery confirmations. Assist in warehouse tasks such as inventory management, organizing stock, and preparing orders for dispatch. Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after routes to ensure safety standards are met; report any maintenance issues promptly. Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safe driving practices while on the road. Experience Prior experience as a delivery driver or courier is highly preferred; familiarity with route driving is essential. Warehouse experience involving load & unload procedures, forklift operation, or pallet jack use is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks safely and efficiently. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience with box trucks or similar vehicles is a plus. Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
