Denver, CO, 80206 (3 days onsite), for a 6
- month contract with the possibility to extend or convert one of our Direct clients. Pay Rate
- $65•70/hr.

Role Overview Seeking a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master / Delivery Lead to support a portfolio of data and engineering teams delivering on a strategic roadmap, including Aladdin-related initiatives. This is a delivery-focused role requiring a hands-on leader who drives execution, removes blockers, and ensures delivery outcomes. The role involves working across multiple teams of data analysts and engineers within a product-led environment, acting as a pragmatic leader and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Delivery Ownership & Execution Take full accountability for delivery outcomes, ensuring commitments are met on time and to quality standards Act as a core member of the delivery team, beyond facilitation responsibilities Hold teams accountable for commitments, progress, and results Drive progress across workstreams aligned to the Aladdin roadmap Impediment Management & Issue Resolution Proactively identify risks, issues, and blockers early in the delivery lifecycle Drive resolution of impediments rather than only tracking them Escalate effectively to ensure timely resolution across teams and stakeholders Navigate complex organizational and technical challenges with a problem-solving approach Cross-Team Coordination & Dependency Management Manage and track dependencies across multiple teams and functions Influence stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and leadership Fill gaps where formal roles such as Release Train Engineer are not present Support alignment across geographically distributed teams in the US and UK Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory Act as a trusted, calm, and pragmatic advisor to senior stakeholders Provide clear visibility into delivery risks and trade-offs Push back constructively while balancing delivery expectations with realistic planning Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment Agile Leadership (Pragmatic Approach) Apply Agile principles pragmatically based on team and delivery needs Focus on results rather than rigid adherence to Agile frameworks Facilitate ceremonies when needed while prioritizing delivery outcomes Key Qualifications & Experience Must-Have Extensive experience as a Senior Scrum Master or Delivery Lead Proven experience in: Owning delivery outcomes Driving the resolution of issues Managing cross-team dependencies Escalating and resolving blockers in complex environments Strong experience with data teams, data platforms, or data engineering environments Advanced proficiency with Jira and delivery tracking tools Experience working with cross-functional, distributed teams Preferred Experience with Aladdin-related delivery or similar investment platforms Asset Management or Financial Services experience Experience in scaled delivery or release coordination without formal structures Key Competencies Delivery-first mindset focused on outcomes Proactive approach to risk identification and mitigation Strong ownership mentality for delivery success and failure Effective stakeholder influence and management Pragmatic, solutions-oriented problem-solving skills Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure What Strong Performance Looks Like Drives resolution rather than facilitating discussion Escalates and resolves issues rather than simply raising blockers Owns delivery outcomes rather than supporting teams Manages cross-team dependencies rather than operating within a single team Additional Notes Teams are managing high volumes of data-focused work requiring strong prioritization The role requires adaptability, the ability to pivot quickly, and maintaining delivery momentum Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
