Description:

Receive, inspect, and distribute vendor deliveries in a timely and accurate manner Verify product quality, quantities, and proper documentation upon delivery Label, date, and rotate products to ensure proper inventory control and food safety Store deliveries in correct locations following FIFO and HACCP guidelines Assist in the dish room as needed, including washing, sorting, and organizing dishes and equipment Distribute clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to appropriate service areas Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen, storage, and receiving areas Support kitchen staff with general utility duties as needed Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to support daily operations

Monday•Friday 6:30 A.M•4:00 P.M. Additional hours may be available for events, with advanced notice given.

Pay Type:

$19.75•$20.50 Hourly

Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members and provide service with a smile! Dispose of waste and maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled utensils, dishes and pots. Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy an exquisite dining experience. Set up and break down the dish machine and sanitize equipment in the kitchen. What you'll need: Ability to keep all stock areas neat and clean. Ability to understand and apply FIFO inventory procedures. Prior commercial dishwashing experience preferred, however, we can teach any motivated individual. Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately.
