Learn more about us at https://learn4life.org/ How You Will Make an Impact The District Expanded Learning Opportunities DELO Programs Office Technician supports education and administration staff in creating and maintaining files for student work. This position will organize, retrieve, and review documents for accuracy, and report findings to management. This position will perform functions of data input, correspondence, and communication, and maintain a student tracking spreadsheet. This position reports to DELO Programs Manager or designee.RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

Review, log, print, and file student work samples. Review, log, print, and file student attendance. Log teacher and course information into Google Sheets. Assign teachers and courses to students in Student Information System. Create and print accurate student documents from Student Information System. Attend meetings and/or trainings as requested. Organize student folders by teacher caseload. Communicate on a daily basis with Management, DELO Team Members, and co-workers. Work as a team and take directives from Management. Adhere to dress code policy. Adhere to attendance policies. Perform administrative duties, responsibilities, and activities as assigned. These may be changed or modified from time to time. QualificationsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Data entry and typing skills. Good record keeping techniques that demonstrate desirable planning and organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to understand, retain, and apply trained information. Ability to work independently with minimal direction. Ability to work in a team setting. Ability to meet schedules and timelines. Detail oriented individual that is systemic in their approach to all assigned tasks.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma 1-2 years clerical/administrative experience in an office setting preferred. Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Sheets. Sending and receiving emails in web-based applications. Ability to travel in performance of job duties is preferred.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to read small print and view a computer screen for prolong periods, prepare, or inspect documents and operate office equipment.Hearing:
Ability to hear average or typical conversations and receive ordinary information.Speech:

Frequent multi-tasking, changing of task priorities, repetitious exacting work. Understand how to manage stress. high workflow management, high project coordination, and high people engagement.Upper Body Mobility:
Ability to use fingers to make small movements such as typing, picking up small objects, or pinching fingers together, use hands to grasp, and manipulate small objects; twist and bend at wrist and elbow; extend arms to reach outward and upward; use hands and arms to lift objects; turn, raise, and lower head.Strength:
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 10 pounds.Environmental Requirements:
