Demolition Supervisor

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Demolition Supervisor to lead and oversee demolition projects and laborers from start to finish. In this role, you will coordinate demolition activities, ensure safety compliance, and manage project schedules. Your expertise in construction management, blueprint reading, and site supervision will drive successful project execution while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to TI and large-scale demolition efforts with a focus on safety, efficiency, and precision. Duties Lead and supervise demolition crews, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. Review blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to determine scope of work and identify potential challenges early in the process. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce OSHA safety standards, and implement quality control measures. Manage change orders, and procurement processes while maintaining accurate documentation for all project activities. Utilize tools such as ProCore, Fieldflo, and construction management software to track progress, update schedules, and communicate effectively with team members. Oversee budgeting activities related to demolition projects, ensuring cost control without compromising safety or quality standards. Supervise the use of owned and rented power tools and heavy equipment. Qualifications Proven experience in construction site supervision with a focus on demolition projects; at least several years of supervising experience preferred. Demonstrated ability in project budgeting, blueprint reading, and leadership. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols specific to demolition sites. Excellent management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards.
