Job Description
Dental Assistant•Miramar Sienna Dental is seeking a dependable Dental Assistant who shows up on time, manages cases accurately, and keeps our clinical operations running smoothly. We are looking for someone with a great attitude who is friendly, kind, and professional with both patients and team members. You must take pride in being reliable, organized, and someone the team can count on every single day. This is a fast-paced position working directly with our lead doctor in Miramar and requires someone who takes initiative and works efficiently without constant supervision. Must be able to work Saturdays.

OFF Sunday:
OFF Responsibilities Arrive on time, prepared for the day, and maintain strong dependability Manage and track all lab cases, aligner cases, and treatment-related items Provide high-quality chairside assisting for restorative, cosmetic, and surgical procedures Maintain a positive, friendly, and kind attitude throughout the workday Greet and support patients with warmth and professionalism Anticipate the doctor's needs and support an efficient workflow Prepare operatories, set up trays, and maintain sterilization protocols Take digital X-rays, intraoral photos, and assist with scanning and impressions Create temporaries; assist with aligner and cosmetic workflows Turn over rooms quickly while keeping the workspace clean and organized Maintain inventory and restock treatment rooms Communicate clearly and respectfully with staff and patients Work independently, think ahead, and maintain a strong sense of urgency Support the associate on Saturdays Follow through on tasks without reminders Requirements Minimum 1-2 years dental assisting experience EFDA certification preferred (not required) Must be dependable, punctual, and consistent Must have a great attitude and be friendly, kind, and patient-centered Able to manage, track, and follow up on lab and aligner cases Fast, efficient, and able to keep up in a productive clinical environment Strong initiative and ability to work independently Skilled in restorative and cosmetic assisting Must be able to work Saturdays (8 am-1 pm) Compensation Competitive hourly rate based on experience Opportunities for growth within an expanding practice Supportive, team-focused environment Employee dental benefits To Apply Please send your resumeJob Type:
