Dental Assistant

We're a busy, private, single-doctor practice looking for an experienced dental assistant. If you're skilled, reliable, and ready to hit the ground running in a busy practice — we'd love to meet you. What You'll Be Doing Chairside support across a wide range of procedures: exams, restorative, endodontics, prosthodontics, pediatric care, and more Fabricate and adjust temporary crowns and restorations Capture digital radiographs and intraoral scans; scan for CEREC restorations, study models, and other clinical needs Chart procedures and maintain accurate clinical records Set up treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and have everything prepped and ready before the patient sits down Deliver post-op instructions and reinforce oral hygiene with patients clearly and warmly Uphold strict infection control and aseptic protocols Pitch in where needed — we're a team here, not a solo gig What You Bring 2+ years of chairside dental assisting experience Strong clinical skills and solid knowledge of dental procedures Proficiency with digital x-rays, intraoral scanning, and modern dental technology (CEREC experience is a plus) Calm, clear communication — with patients and teammates alike Ability to prioritize, multitask, and keep pace without sacrificing patient care Professional, dependable, and adaptable Office Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (one hour lunch break) Wednesdays off Compensation & Benefits Starting at $19/hour, with compensation tailored to your experience and qualifications Vision benefit In-house dental benefit Paid holidays and paid time off Uniform allowance Partially employer-paid health insurance Ongoing in-office training to sharpen and expand clinical skills Support for continuing education and professional growth opportunities If you're an experienced dental assistant who takes pride in your work and works well with others, we'd love to hear from you.
