In this energetic role, you'll support dentists by preparing treatment areas, assisting during procedures, and ensuring a smooth, efficient workflow. Your expertise will help create a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable and cared for. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, friendly setting while making a positive impact on patients' oral health. Duties Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments and materials, ensuring all equipment is sterilized and ready for use in accordance with infection control protocols. Assist dentists during various procedures such as restorations, extractions, prosthodontics, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry, providing chairside support with precision and professionalism. Take and develop dental X-rays using advanced imaging technology including 3D scanners, maintaining accuracy while adhering to HIPAA regulations for patient privacy. Monitor vital signs and medical documentation for patients with special needs or pediatric cases to ensure safety throughout procedures. Educate patients on oral health practices and post-treatment care to promote long-term wellness.
