$18.00 TO 20.00 per hour Join Our Team! We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and bilingual Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team in Chaparral, NM. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both clinical and administrative duties in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical (Dental Assisting):

• Assist dentists during procedures (chair side assisting).
• Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments.
• Take and develop dental X-rays.
• Prepare and organize dental materials.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality (HIPAA compliance).
• Keep the clinic clean, stocked, and organized.

Qualifications:

• Spanish fluency required.
• DANB certification required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience (required)
• 1+ year of medical terminology knowledge (required)
• 1+ year of computer skills (required)
• Experience with Eaglesoft software (preferred)
• Familiarity with medical coding and dental insurance procedures
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of HIPAA and infection control standards
• Must be reliable, professional, and a team player.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Occasional weekend availability
