We are a patient-focused private practice with a loyal patient base, supportive team culture, and a strong commitment to quality care. What You'll Do Assist the doctor during dental procedures and help provide a smooth, comfortable patient experience Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient care Take digital x-rays as needed Review and update patient medical histories Charting, clinical notes, and treatment documentation Sterilize instruments and follow infection control protocols Support patient communication and help answer basic treatment-related questions Work closely with the front desk and clinical team to keep the day running smoothly Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment What We're Looking For Friendly, dependable, and patient-focused attitude Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Good attention to detail and ability to stay organized Comfortable working in a clinical setting and learning dental procedures Prior dental assisting experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Experience with digital x-rays, sterilization, charting, and dental software is a plus A calm and caring approach with patients, especially those who may feel anxious Why Join Baxter Dental Center?
