Personal Shopper and Online Order Filling

Join our team as a Walmart Personal Shopper and help create a fast, friendly, and accurate pickup/delivery experience for our customers! You'll be on the move throughout the store selecting great items, packing orders with care, and making sure everything is ready right on time. What You'll Do Shop the store using a handheld device to pick customer orders quickly and accurately Choose high-quality items and follow substitution guidelines when needed Pack, label, and stage orders for pickup or delivery—keeping everything organized and on schedule Deliver great customer service during pickup handoff and help resolve order questions Follow food safety and store procedures while keeping your work area clean and safe Pitch in with other store tasks as needed to support the team What We're Looking For A positive, dependable team player who enjoys staying active and busy Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Comfort using handheld/mobile technology Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays If you like working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping customers, this could be a great fit!
