Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Dental assistant/receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our dental practice, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, knowledge of dental terminology, and experience with electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Schedule appointments and manage the dental office's calendar
• xray certification
• Sterilization
• Operative and Restorative set-up
• Follow HIPAA guidelines to protect patient privacy and confidentiality
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
