Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Restaurant Operations & Marketing Manager to lead our restaurant's daily operations and drive innovative marketing initiatives. This pivotal role combines hands-on management of food service, staff supervision, and customer experience with strategic marketing efforts to elevate our brand presence & event space. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong leadership skills, and have a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. Duties Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and food safety compliance Supervise and train staff on food handling, POS systems (such as Aloha POS and Micros POS), and customer service standards Implement and monitor shift management procedures to optimize efficiency and service quality Lead marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing patrons through promotions, social media campaigns, and community engagement Conduct staff interviews, training sessions, and performance evaluations to develop a high-performing team Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and health codes across all departments Skills Extensive experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management Proficiency with POS systems including Toast and Clover for accurate cash handling and sales tracking Strong background in managing quick service & full service restaurants Demonstrated leadership in supervising teams, training staff, and fostering a positive work environment Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence Experience with catering, banquet services, bar operations Knowledge of food safety standards, culinary practices, and kitchen operations Skilled in managing restaurant shifts efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards Ability to develop marketing strategies that increase brand visibility and customer engagement Strong communication skills for interviewing candidates and leading team development initiatives Join us as our Restaurant Operations & Marketing Manager to inspire your team, delight our guests, and elevate our brand!
